Terms and Conditions

By  accessing or using the services or our website, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.  We reserve the right to terminate these terms and services, and deny you the service for any reason.

• The transportation companies are not our employees or agents. We do not perform and are not responsible for services provided to you. Your rights with the affiliated companies are governed by their terms as per terms.
• To cancel, suspend, alter or withdraw any travel if we are unable to fulfill the journey for any reason, but in no other case, a full refund will be made available. We are not liable to pay any extra costs incurred by you.
• No smoking in vehicles; violations will result in a fine.
• There will be a cleaning surcharge for a vomit incident.
• All tolls, and parking fees, unless mentioned in the quote, are in addition to the contract price and must be paid recently.
• We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property.
• We may offer an upgrade based on availability, schedule and other factors free of cost.
• In case of severe weather conditions and cancellations resulting from that. We will offer credit to rent a limo at another time.
• No animals are permitted on the vehicles.
• If your final drop off or pickup address is different, or there are additional pickup points
• No fast food, chips, pizzas burgers are permitted to be carried.
• No illegal drug usage. Voilation will result in termination with no refunds.
• It is mandatory to pay full price of the contract unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfers and cheque. A deposit payment must always be paid in advance to fully secure your vehicle. 
• if the booking is cancelled 4 days before the trip, 50% of the amount will be refunded. 
• if the trip is cancelled less then 48 hours before he trip, full cost of the booking will be taken

Conditions of Hire

You hereby agree to release LimoLet and its employees, directors, officers and agents and any other person, firm or entity from any damages or claims of every kind disclosed or undisclosed arising out of any dispute or your dealings with our affiliate companies. The affiliate service is solely responsible fo any claims. We act as a booking agent only.
